A delicious sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and sea salt, finished off with lemon juice, lemon zest and fresh jalapeno. The jalapeno in this brew brings more flavour to the mix than heat, though there is definitely some spiciness pairing well with the bright citrus from the lemon!
