Road Trip is a hazy pale ale that found acclaim in our taproom during its test batch phase. Hoppy enough to be the main component of the beer, but light and refreshing enough to have more than one. Common descriptors would be a citrusy, tropical and berry like hop profile paired with just enough malt to add body and sustain the bitterness of the hops.

PAIRINGS

Parings would include pub style food, fruit and nut-based salads, and Hot dogs around a campfire.
