Classic. Hoppy, but balanced.

Our take on the classic IPA, this beer won our “crowds choice” IPA contest proving it to be a fan favourite. Light caramel and bread crust notes from the malt support an onslaught of classic hop flavours. Bright citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavours are offered up by Mosaic, Galaxy and Simcoe Hops. A medium body and firm bitterness round out this beer leaving the palette thirsty for another sip.
